About Us

Matthieu and Amanda met in Dublin, Ireland in the March 2017 through online dating. Our first face-to-face was at Dunne and Crescenzi, an Italian restaurant on Frederick Street. We spent the evening bonding over roleplaying games like D&D and Shadowrun. After a few more dates, we made our commitment official by the shore of the lakes of Glendalough in May 2017.

We moved in together in November 2017; shortly after that Amanda met Matthieu's family for the first time in Strasbourg, France over the 2017 Christmas Holidays. Matthieu later met Amanda's family in America in the spring of 2018.

In Februrary 2019, we decided to officially tie the knot, and on June 5, 2019, we officially got engaged on Omaha Beach in Normandy, France. We look forward to seeing you all at our wedding!
